Wake up to sunrise on one patio and sunsets on another or sit by the firepit in addition to watching the golfers on the 14th pin on the Palm Brook course. Enjoy nearby sporting events (minutes away), restaurants, shopping and golf! Join the rec center and experience 7 rec centers and 8 golf courses! Swim, exercise, and classes available from art to cars for $75 a month. One person needs to be 55 or older. There are also bar stools at the bar

This beautiful home on the golf course was perfect. From the morning sunrise over the golf course sitting in the screened in patio to the afternoon sunset on the west patio it was perfect. The well stocked kitchen was perfect for entertaining. Decorating was perfect. It was PERFECT.
