Home complete with chef`s kitchen, including Wolf range, 2 Subzero refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, microwave and steam oven. Property includes swimming pool and hot tub.
The Entire Home is yours to enjoy during your stay.
Access through a Electric Gate off Cedarglade Road that takes you onto the 24 acre wooded parcel!
1213 is one of 5 houses on this parcel. There is a lock box and the lock box code for the main entrance will be provided on the welcome letter.
1. Use of the Trampoline, Basketball playground for kids, Soccer playground for kids, Pool and/or Hot Tub are `at your own risk` (this includes ALL members in your group and anyone you invite over during your stay).
2. No Children Under 5 Allowed in the Hot Tub.
3. Children MUST be Supervised at ALL Times.
4. No Diving.
5. The Lower Level is off limits as it is not furnished.
