The place was beautiful and very spacious. The balcony and views of the beach were perfect. The host and the property manager were easy to work with and responsive to our needs. Even with the sauna being unavailable, the master suite was wonderful. We liked that all 3 bedrooms could have private baths and that there were two bedrooms with king size beds to accommodate two couples. We'll be back!

Great trip on the Gulf

We have been down to the gulf several times and this was by far our best trip! The Penthouse at Summerchase is incredible! We are already looking forward to coming again. Everything about it was perfect. Thank you for having us.

The penthouse was really much larger than it looked. I was worried the living room area would not be enough for the whole family, but it was perfect, we had six adults and 3 kids. There are trash shoots on each end of your floor. No one told us about that, we were looking for a dumpster, until almost the last day, then I asked the security guard. The beach was close the pool was great.Everything was awesome

Second time visiting this unit and love the location, amenities in the unit, soaring ceilings, space and complex, beach. The location of the building it self could be better: no high rises on either side, expansive views, no parking structure to deal with (hate those) and shopping/restaurants all with a walk. Will return for a 3rd visit in 2027!

Stay for soccer tournament

We’ve stayed here for at least 4 years in a row for the coastal academy cup soccer tournament in Foley and as always we have the best time. Fantastic location and plenty of space for the whole family. We will be back in the spring for a high school tournament as well.

This was our first winter trip to the beach and we are hooked! We loved the spacious condo, it had everything that we needed to enjoy our stay. I was traveling with my daughter and son in law along with a 5 year old and a 9 month old. We didn’t want to leave!!!

Excellent layout. The kitchen is well stocked and way bigger than the pictures. Loved having a balcony where i dont have to see anyone else and it was very very spacious. Would definitely stay again!
