A comfortable and pleasantly appointed unit in a first class complex. This lovely and spacious 5th floor condo has three bedrooms and three baths with a direct Gulf Front View and balcony access from both the living room and two King Master Bedrooms. Each bedroom adjoins a full bath. The bedrooms are King, King and Queen. Additionally, the Living Room Sofa opens into a Queen Sleeper.
The unit is equipped with granite counters, upgraded kitchen cabinets, wet bar, built in ice-maker, jetted master tub set beneath a gorgeous natural light atrium window, large closets and full sized washer and dryer.
***Note- 2 parking passes per reservation-**One parking pass only for Memorial Day (5-23 to 5-31) and the 4th of July weeks. No duilie (4-wheels on the rear) allowed. The
Property amenities include the only private pier along the Alabama coast - a beautiful private pier extending out into the gulf and a great place for fishing , enjoying the views or just watching the ships go by. The Four Seasons also offers a heated indoor pool on the beachside, a beachside outdoor pool, a sauna, and fitness center.
Since it's completion the Four Seasons has been considered one of the most upscale and luxurious complexes on the beach. It is as well a low density complex that is family friendly and convenient to all that Orange Beach has to offer.January & February must be rented together at “snowbird” rates ( Jan 1 - Feb 28).

They stay was great

Well-appointed beach retreat

What a lovely beachfront condo-just perfect for a multi-generational family vacation! We loved that every bedroom has its own attached bathroom. We are avid cooks and the kitchen had every utensil needed for a delicious family dinner. The condo was decorated well & the furniture was comfortable. We especially enjoyed the attached pier and walked on it multiple times each day. Looking forward to returning next year!

Was a beautiful condo! Very clean, communicated with owner.. was easy to get to, having access to pier, fishing, beach, pools was awesome! Side note the construction going on was annoying but we understand business as to go on.. would definitely stay here again.

Our third year at Four Seasons. Condo is very clean and spacious and has a great view. This is our girls trip every year and it works perfect for us w/3 baths. Enjoy this property very much.

It was a great, well stocked property with everything we needed. The air conditioner and dryer were not great which is why I'm giving four stars. Everything else was awesome. My kids loved the pier. It was so nice having two king beds so my in laws could have one and so could we.

The heated pool was down our entire stay. No grills on site. Our unit was as promised and we enjoyed our stay. Manager was great !

Orange Beach Vacation- Four Seasons of aromatic Beach

We had a fantastic time on our vacation. The condo could not have been any better. The room was exactly as advertised if not better. Very well equipped and even had beach toys for the little. We had 3 families and had plenty of room and privacy with the layout of the condo. The beach was very close and easy to access and the private peer is absolutely amazing. We will most definitely be back. 5 stars is not enough!!!!

Very nice clean and love the pier. Furniture could use updated. But beds was very comfortable. Balcony furniture was awesome. View was very nice. Inside pool area need upgrade bad. Outside pool very nice. We had a great time.

Mom and daughters

I decided to take my mom and my sister to the beach. They are five of us. The condo was great. I have stayed there several times the view is beautiful and the pier is amazing. You won’t be disappointed with this condo. Peter is very polite and get you the code that you need to get in the condo and if you have any problems, he gets on it right away. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.

Orange Beach GEM!

As all my reviews, I never say perfect and never say 100% horrible. I point out the pluses and minuses. Plus side, very nice interior with spacious rooms for a condo, nice balcony area, wet bar ice maker +++, quick elevators, private pier, general location near necessities. Minus side. Exterior is dated, they use a 1990's system of key locks on the doors, with a lock box for the key (recipe for losing it with 6 adults interacting for a week), need to find the security guard when we wanted to use the gym ---, very noisy balcony area due to street noise, trash trucks next door, tiny parking lot, exorbitant fees over room fee. We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying there again.

Highly Recommend for location, resort, and room.

The resort: - On a less crowded section of beautiful beach with a clean, uncrowded, private pier that we especially enjoyed visiting at night. - Good location for a walk to the jetty. - Convenient for shopping, eating, and entertainment. - 24-hour security that monitors the parking lot and pier. - Convenient parking lot is small and uncovered, we left beach gear in the car as it was safe and more convenient than taking to the room. The condo: - 508 West (5th floor, west tower) has a great layout. - The bedrooms are roomy and have great privacy. - The common area has good space and plenty of places to sit. The pullout couch was uncomfortable for sleep. - The balcony is large and connects to the living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom. It wasn't too high and we enjoyed it often. - The listing is accurate and I would add there is a dedicated ice maker at the wet bar that kept up with our needs (including coolers). - There is some beach gear (boogie boards, chairs, backpacks) in the entry closet. - We never heard neighbors and never had to wait long for an elevator (and barely had to share one). Recommendations: - Publix was clean and had everything we needed or wanted. - the caramel cake from the Deep South Cake company was amazing! - The Grill restaurant. It had a fun, casual atmosphere with plenty of outdoor seating and a beautiful view. The food was a good price and quality relative to the area.

Fall break 2022

Pictures are accurate. Very roomy and beds were comfortable. The living room furniture was not great (outdated & not comfy) but we weren’t in the condo much. It was clean and the fishing pier was amazing! Will definitely stay here again because of the pier and location.

We love staying at Four Seasons. This condo accommodated all of us very well. We had an issue with the laundry room door and they came and took care of it. No problem. The screen door sticks so it could use some love and the master bathroom door handle sticks too. But nothing major for us. We had a great stay

Orange Beach beauty

We were very pleased with the size of this condo. The patio/balcony with it’s high end furniture was so relaxing! We loved that everything was labeled: light/fan switches, cabinets. The pantry/ utility room was ideal. The linens were top quality too. The pier was a bonus we have never had before. Nightly visits were a highlight for all of us. We hope to return here every year.

Why they chose this property

While I've owned other condo's in Orange Beach over the years, I have always been attracted to the style and amenities that Four Seasons has to offer. My family loves the spacious floor plan & we never have to wait for an elevator!

What makes this property unique

Not only having what many upscale complexes have including indoor/outdoor pools, workout area, sauna, etc., this complex has the only private pier of any complex on the entire Gulf of Mexico. And the wide foot print of the two buildings coupled with the Four Seasons low density equals a beach that is never crowded.
Nothing like fresh fish for dinner!
