The cottage was clean and comfortable. It has a great shower and comfortble bed. Our son loved the smart tv and fold down bed. There are many thoughtful touches through out the cottage. It was a quick and easy drive to Kirksville. We highly recommend this property and will stay again when in the area.

Wonderful Stay at the Cozy Cottage – Highly Recommend!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Cozy Cottage! From start to finish, Amber made everything seamless—scheduling, check-in, and departure were all a breeze. The house itself was spotless, well-stocked, and had plenty of room for four adults to sleep and relax comfortably. The charming decor and peaceful surroundings made it the perfect getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
