Amazing Stay

Great property in a lovely community. Carlina at South West Florida Realty was very responsive when we had a question and ensured we had a great stay. People are extremely friendly in the community and we felt like home. We will definitely try to go back!

Spanish Wells February 2019

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the house. The owners clearly take pride in ownership. The kitchen was set up well. After a while, we figured out which switches controlled which lights. We enjoyed the pool and the beautiful view from the lanai. Spanish Wells is a nice community. I had a little trouble figuring out the pool heater, and Realty Group of Southwest Florida response time was excellent. The garage door cable broke, with our car in the garage. Again, the response time was excellent, and we were able to free our car in a few hours, even though the problem didn’t arise until late in the day ( I can’t remember if it was a Friday or Saturday). We found dust and dog hair when we arrived. Not a big deal, we were able to use the vacuum cleaner, but if the property was cleaned before we arrived, the cleaning service needs to do a better job.

Terribly managed Great house

The house is great but it’s managed awfully. We stayed 1 month there and spent 1 week to get the internet fixed, 3 weeks to get AC up and running (it went down 3 times), 4 weeks to get a rid of ants - no luck. The management company point of contact was really responsive trying to solve all problems reactively. The house wasn’t prepared for our stay at all. The kitchen cabinets were dirty, hairs all around the bathrooms, dirty floor, garbage bags were full. The management company wasn’t even aware of the leaking roof which causes the problems the AC electrical system - dangerous. They proposed to solve the problems with ants by using traps - seems the never work with pests control companies before. Internet had gone down well before we moved in. Hence, the house and location are incredible but I do not recommend the house. It’s not taken care of at all. Shame

We check all properties and do our very best to ensure a property is in perfect condition at check-in. This property was cleaned and all garbage was taken out, and we are sorry you found it not up to your standard. The cleaner was sent back the next day to correct everything to your satisfaction as you confirmed. There is a new roof which does not leak. You referred to an old spot on the ceiling which has been touched up but is still slightly visible. The AC stopped working during your stay and the AC vendor was on site for repair within 24 hours. Same with the internet went out due to a provider issue, and we scheduled repair through the internet provider within 24 hours. Both were working during our last property check shortly before your check-in, and unfortunately these issues are beyond our control. In both cases our office staff responded immediately.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Spanish Wells. The house is absolutely stunning, you can tell whoever put it all together has an eye for design. The kitchen was well equipped for everything we needed. The tub in the master bathroom was perfect for relaxing after a day out and about, and on the days we stayed home, we loved lounging by the pool and enjoying the beautiful weather. We had some friends over and when it was time for them to go home, they did not want to leave! I have to say we felt much the same way by the end of our stay. Hopefully we can come back soon.

Lovely home

The house was just lovely. Lots of space and all the amenities were just an added plus. Had a bit of rain in august so having the garage to access the house was a plus! Location was calm and quiet, just what we were looking for- a place to relax and spread out and just be at peace before heading back to the grind.

Wundervolles Haus in ruhiger Anlage in Strand-Nähe
