Thank you for your interest in our home. To protect both our guests and our property, the following are required for all reservations:

To confirm and complete a booking, guests must provide:

✔ A valid government-issued photo ID for the primary guest
✔ A signed short-term rental agreement (sent after booking)
✔ Full names and ages of all guests staying at the property
✔ Agreement to all house rules and property policies
✔ Payment of the full rental amount

Reservations are not considered fully confirmed until all the above requirements are completed.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the reservation.
