Welcome to the Big Deck House an extraordinary Flagstaff mountain escape that redefines adventure and relaxation! Perfect for groups of up to 20, this one-of-a-kind retreat invites you to indulge in luxury and fun with a private hot tub, a lively game room, indoor and outdoor theaters, and your very own pickleball court. Framed by jaw-dropping mountain views from two sprawling decks, this haven offers direct access to the National Forest your gateway to hiking, biking, and off-roading thrills!

Our home sleeps a total of 20 guests in beds. Please note that stairs must be taken to access bedrooms, which are either downstairs or upstairs from the main level in which you enter the home on. Bed breakdown:

Primary Bedroom with ensuite bathroom (upstairs):
1 king bed
Triple- twin bunkbed located in walk-in closet

Upstairs King Bedroom:
1 king bed

Upstairs Queen bedroom:
2 queen beds

Downstairs Bunkbed room:
1 queen bed bunkbed set (2 queens, 4 people)

There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.

A rental contract must be signed and submitted after reservation confirmation.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.

We had an amazing weekend at this place! It was a group of 11 adults and dogs and we were very comfortable. There was never a dull moment with SO many activities to keep us entertained. The pickleball court, movie theater, and fire pit were some of our favorites. The house is well maintained and very spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Great to have multiple areas to relax in and the yard was a hit. The kitchen had every gadget needed and then some! The stay was quiet and relaxing and the neighbors were absolute gems. They made our stay even more special.

The Cabin was amazing with great amenities and lots of play outside and inside. Ample plush towels and very comfortable bedding. The kitchen was equipped with everything to cook and the deck views were amazing. The master bath was exquisite with a large tub. What a fun place! We will be back.

Did not meet expectations for the price point (3/5)We booked a 2-night stay for our family expecting a high-end cabin experience, but it fell short for the price. All of us agreed on a 3/5 star rating due to misleading listing details and lacking amenities:• Listing Discrepancies: While advertised as sleeping 16, 3 of the bunk beds are squeezed into a closet. Additionally, the theater room only has seating for 4 people, which wouldn't work well for larger groups or families expecting to watch movies together.• Kitchen: The pots and pans were very old and worn, there were very few pantry items provided, and the coffee setup was limited strictly to a Keurig with no option to brew larger pots for a full group.• Bathrooms: Towels were low-grade and not soft, starter toiletries were minimal, and outdated fixtures.On a positive note, the outdoor area was fantastic. We really enjoyed the spacious backyard, the lovely deck, and the incredible mountain views, which gave us a great space to relax outside.Ultimately, we just had higher expectations for the overall experience and value. When paying a premium rate, you hope for a property that feels well-maintained, accurately represented, and stocked with quality essentials.

That said, we would like to clarify a few points, as several concerns mentioned were accurately disclosed in our listing. Our home is advertised to sleep 16 guests, not 20, although there are 20 total sleeping spaces in beds. The complete bed breakdown is provided in the Vrbo listing and shown in the photos, including the bunk beds. Likewise, multiple photos clearly show that the theater room seats four people, and we have never advertised theater seating for all 16 guests. Our listing also accurately states that we provide a Keurig coffee maker, and we have since added a traditional drip coffee maker for larger groups. We have also replaced the pots and pans with new cookware. For guest convenience, we provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dental flossers, along with other starter essentials. While preferences for towels, toiletries, and fixtures can vary, we strive to provide an experience that matches our listing description. We make every effort to accurately represent our home through detailed descriptions and photos, and we are always happy to answer questions before booking. We’re glad you enjoyed the outdoor spaces, deck, and mountain views, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue making improvements.

Great property in nice area in Flagstaff. Lots of beds, large well equipped kitchen and comfortable living area. There are lots of stairs so might not be best for young children. Views from the decks were beautiful. Quick ride into downtown Flagstaff. Interesting artwork around the house of the Mongollon Monster, aka AZ Sasquatch!
