Disliked: Location
The pictures of this place make it look way nicer than what it really is. Location was a little sketchy. The master bedroom window didn't lock. Luckily my husband checked the propane tank for the grill before making dinner the first night because it was completely empty so we had to go fill it. The pool is decent size and not too cold since it gets full sun all day long so that was nice.

Memorial Day weekend stay

We recently stayed at this rental for Memorial Day weekend. Overall, the house was cute, very tiny, and clean, and the host was very nice. However, we weren't entirely impressed with the stay. The listing stated two queen beds, but it was actually one queen and one full-size bed with a fitted sheet that constantly slipped off, which was a bit frustrating. The biggest drawback for us was the location. The house backs right up to a school and is not situated in the nicest neighborhood, which wasn't what we expected. Additionally, the backyard offers zero shade, making it less enjoyable during the warmer parts of the day. While the location wasn't ideal for us, a significant plus is its very close proximity to Indian Rocks Beach, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also felt the pictures online made the property look a lot nicer than it appeared in person. If location is a top priority for you, this might not be the best fit. However, for its cleanliness, a kind host, and easy access to the beach, it has its merits.
