Rent both The Island Oasis & The Coastal Cottage property! This 4-bed, 4-ensuite bath home along with a 1-bed, 1-bath cottage. Enjoy paradise in your secluded, tropical backyard with saltwater pool & jacuzzi. Numerous areas for relaxing, grilling, lounging in hammocks, sitting by fire pits, or playing pickleball on your own private court! Enjoy numerous activities or a short stroll to the beach with bicycles, kayak, paddle boards, crochet, corn hole, water volleyball, and tons of beach equipment provided. A large living area and updated kitchen, provides separate living spaces for multiple families.

- Non-smoking property. You must go outside the gates to smoke. - An additional $75 daily to heat the pool. - Events: Any events of over 20 people will be charge a flat rate of $1500.00. More than 50 people will have to be discussed in details with owner and a deposit of $5000.00 will be required. A separate rental agreement is required to be signed at your arrival. It can be revised before arrival upon request. The owner will do a walk through the property with the renter at their convenience before their departure to assure both parties that the property has no damage. Access instructions will be provided once the agreement has been signed.

Backyard is amazing! House is beautiful. Perfect layout for large group. All the pull out couch beds and Murphy beds were comfortable. All the amenities you could ask for. Patrece was awesome and very accommodating. Check in / check out was effortless.

We were a 3 generation family of 13 enjoying this vacation home. There was plenty of room. The pool was fabulous. We played on the private pickleball court, right on the property. The beach was within walking distance andTrece, the owner was very accommodating and helpful. Would definitely return.

Such a lovely space for our family! We loved the backyard with a pool, spa and pickleball court! And I personally loved the privacy with all the plants and palms. Beautiful home and lots of welcoming space to hang out together.

This property MADE our trip! If you have a large family, whether small kids, older kids, or all adults, or a mix of all of the above, this property has got it all. Whether it was the pool (with pool toys and beach toys included), the popcorn maker, the Arcade 1Up, the pickleball court, or the large screen TVs in almost every room, it truly was an island oasis. Not to mention the incredible host Patrece who was extremelt responsive and helpful any time we had questions! I truly believe we created some of those “core memories” for our kids that they will think back to when remembering the fondest times of their childhood. I cannot recommend this house/property enough!

Simply…AMAZING!

I highly recommend this property! The owner is fantastic and actively ensures that all your needs are met. The house is even more spacious than the photos suggest, easily accommodating three adult couples with private rooms and bathrooms, along with additional beds for extra guests. The pool area is stunning—it's the perfect spot to relax, and you could easily spend your entire stay enjoying it. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away. I would give this place ten stars! We had three adult couples and five children, and there was more than enough space for everyone. In fact, we could have comfortably hosted three more couples and additional kids. If you’re staying in this area, you can’t go wrong with this choice!
