This was a hidden gem inside an older classic building. This apartment was decorated so beautifully with a clean modern look and feel. Walking distance from restaurants, grocer and convenient store, among other small businesses. There was even a Mexican bakery that we got our friend a birthday cake from and it was so delicious for a great price. We were visiting for a concert at Red Rocks and the location was around 30 min away. Overall, would stay there again. My only suggestion would be to maybe have some softer lighting, with lamps for night time.

Very nice place to stay

This is a very nice place to stay and appears to be a new renovation!! We were very comfortable our entire stay. My ONLY complaint is that you can hear people walking around overhead and early in the morning, that can be annoying. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay there again.

This property is actually the basement of a clinic. No place in the description did it say that. Although it was very clean and beautifully decorated there were no hand rails on the two flights of stairs so it is not handicapped accessible. The bed in the master bedroom is VERY high and there is no door (or privacy) for the master bedroom commode. During the day when the clinic upstairs is busy footsteps etc. are heard. The emergency exit window wells would be very very difficult to use and if a person did get out you would be in a padlocked yard right next to the building so exiting would not be possible. I do not recommend this property for the elderly, handicapped or children.

The place is nice and as shown in the pictures. Unique in the fact that it's located in the basement of a business building though. Easy drive to the Denver and near restaurants when we arrived later in the evening for dinner.
