We had to plan a quick stay while a family member was at Dartmouth-Medical Center. The condo is very clean, peaceful and comfortable. It was the perfect place for the 8 of us.

This place was 100% false advertisement. They advertised it as a pet free space. We rented this condo for that very reason as we have SEVERE pet allergies within our group. There were dog bowls , dog food dog treats and hair every where when we arrived. The place was absolutely disgusting to the point where we had to wash the floors and sweep as we arrived which is NOT a way one wants to spend their first moments of vacation after traveling for hours to get there. Their response when we told them about the allergies was they would send a cleaning crew to clean. This would not have made a difference as there were stains on the carpet and furniture. We had to leave ASAP and find a place for our whole family to go on short notice on a holiday weekend ( the busiest during this season ) and pay 4x the amount just to get us a place to stay .We have asked for a full refund and they have given us the run around we are VERY disappointed in both the owners and VRBO. We will now second guess using your website for future rentals which is a shame as we have been using this source for the last 8 years. Now we will be getting lawyers involved to just get to get the right thing done which is refunding out money .
