This property is located next to the Sunset Beach Cottage (VRBO #3179461) and can be rented concurrently.
Available to rent year-round, the house includes a decorative fireplace, central air and forced air heat.
Please note, the fireplace is decorative and can only be used with candles, which are provided.
Located about 40 miles east of Escanaba, with easy access to trails for snowmobiling and 4-wheeling.
Well-stocked gourment kitchen with a six burner Jenn-Air cooktop and KitchenAid wall oven.
Have dinner outdoors while enjoying the gas grill and picnic table.
Beautiful sunsets all year. Enjoy the view sitting by the fire pit on the beach.
During the summer enjoy the water with a beautiful beach, three kayaks and a 18 foot floating lily pad!
Sleeps 8 comfortably.
