This is a brand new undivided studio apartment located on the 3rd floor in a historical building (no elevator). It is very close to Semmelweis, BME, ELTE and Corvinus university, short walk from a nice park, Grand Boulevard, Metro and all kind of public transport.
The central place of the apartment is the lounge, dining, and kitchen area, with its comfortable dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located next to the dining area. The kitchen is fitted with quality appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, etc.
The apartment has a nice bathroom with a bathtub, washstand and toilet, and a washing-drying machine.
The flat has a double bed, a sofa bed as well...
Air conditioning is installed.
