5 Bedroom Cottage at the 500 acre Poland Spring Resort with lots of onsite activities!

Charming built in the early 1900 for the family of the owners of Poland Spring. Cottage 1, has 5 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. On the first floor is a screened in porch, Living room with a TV that gets 3 channels! 2 bedrooms along with a fully handicap accessible bathroom and roll in shower. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot dishes and grill available to use. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms and a bath with shower.

This cottage is on the grounds of the Poland Spring Resort. Here you'll find 500 acres of fresh Maine air, and lots to do, or not do! We have an Olympic sized outdoor swimming pool, 18 hole golf course, driving range, mini golf, museums, gift shops, 2 restaurants, hiking trails and lots more!

This was very historical location. The houses are old and has a smell, got airfresheners and everything was fine. Love the place, be back again.
