Of all the VRBO places we have stayed this was by far the cleanest, nicest place. It was also very quiet even though we know others were staying there. We were self conscious of the squeeky floor and hope it didn’t bother those below us. The only negative is the beds were rock hard. But we made it work and slept good.

The apartment was clean and cozy with all the essentials you'd need for a few people. The reserved parking spot was always occupied by someone else, but there was easy/free parking in the street. Thank you for the great stay!

This was the cutest little apartment that I have stayed in during my trips to Fargo. It was very clean, and the communication with the owner was excellent. I will absolutely check availability of this apartment next time I am in town

Neighborhood is old as is the house that’s been converted into apartments. Apartment has a smell about it. Unit is a little hard to find. Once inside shared hall there are steps that are straight up. A little inconvenient with luggage. Shower is tiny.

Great stay!

This was a cozy apartment that was well providioned for our three night stay. Very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Just a note that it is a very steep staircase up to the apartment.

Great clean place to stay. SmallWindow ac unit so one bedroom was kinda hot. But they did have fans. Deposit was not worth the stay and cost me more than a two night hotel stay. And it takes forever for a refund so more interest accruing on my card as it sits there for 2 and a half months.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

This was an unexpected stay and worked out well. Due to a family emergency, we needed a place close to the hospital (two blocks away) and within walking distance to local businesses and eatery for convenience. Overall, the neighborhood was very quiet with no problems.Our stay lasted several weeks during the cold winter and the hosts made sure that the areas around the property were cleared of snow and that is a must! The unit is very well maintained and the laundry facilities on the property are a plus. The bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was very well organized.My family and I experienced complications that we needed to extend our stay, and the host was very good to keep in contact and work with us. I highly recommend this property and the hosts were great.

Above and beyond

The thing I was most impressed with was how quick and easy the host would respond to any kind of inquiry I had. I arrived the first night much later than expected and was tired and crabby from the long drive. My mind was too sleepy and body too cold and tired to follow the easy arrival instructions so I messaged them for help and they immediately drove right over and let me in even though it was something I should've easily been able to do on my own. They also were super attentive to my needs and wanted to make sure I didn't need anything when the weather took a turn for the worse. It was the perfect balance of not hovering and invading your privacy but a moments away if I did need anything. Also anything that I needed was available, dishes, spices, towels, blankets, coasters, lamps and easy to function heating and temperature control. Everything was super clean and easy to use and find. If I had to think of any recommendations that would improve the experience I'd say it might be nice if they had a suggestion of favorite restaurants, stores, or cool places to check out. But of course that's not necessary for them to provide. I would stay there again and I would recommend to others.

This area is so close to downtown Fargo, Sanford Hospital, and so much more. We wanted to have a space for our travelers to stay, where they can have a quick and easy commute or walk to all of the shopping, restaurants, businesses, and events in our wonderful Fargo community!
