Gorgeous and fun place!

Beautiful and fun - new construction, great design, very clean and comfortable! The neighborhood isn't great and there is a train close by, but there are some cute areas nearby and downtown is a short drive; this owner thought of everything to compensate and make the stay wonderful!

Weekend Fun

We had a great stay. We were in town to see our son’s college baseball team play against Flagler. Place was 2 miles from the baseball stadium. We enjoyed our evenings walking around downtown and all that St Augustine has to offer. Place was fun and plenty of room for 3 couples to enjoy.

Amazing host! Very good communication. The place was perfect, exactly as the pictures showed. Very beautiful home. We were in town for night of lights and the home is about a mile away so easy to get to downtown historic area and back. Neighborhood was not the best and we were worried at first but did not have any issues. We will return!

Beautiful place and very clean

Because I rely on reviews I wanted to leave one with my honest opinion. My sister in law and I stayed 1 week here. It was very clean and well stocked with all the necessities and more. All the little extras was so appreciated. We played pool and corn hole and enjoyed sitting out back. Communication with the property manager was great. We had planned on walking to downtown but a few of the houses in the neighborhood made us (2 females) too nervous to walk it so we drove. However, no one bothered us and everything was good. If you are a light sleeper - there is a train track across the street behind those houses and the train runs all the time (4 times in the middle of the night). With that said, this is still a very clean great place to stay.

Thank you for your honest review! We're so glad you and your sister-in-law enjoyed your stay, especially the cleanliness, amenities, and games. We appreciate you highlighting our communication and the little extras we provide! Our neighborhood is a safe and welcoming area, and while we understand that comfort levels can vary, we want to assure future guests that safety is a priority. As for the train, it typically does not run frequently at night, but we understand that noise sensitivity differs for everyone. To enhance comfort, we now provide earplugs for guests who may need them. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to host you again in the future!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! It was absolutely spotless, so cute, colorful, and incredibly cozy. You can tell the host put a lot of thought into every detail. Everything we could possibly need was provided—from toiletries and beach towels to a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The host was exceptional! Communication was easy from the moment we booked, and they responded quickly to every question we had. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We felt right at home and would not hesitate to stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped place with an amazing host, this is it. Highly recommend!
