And our views are a million dollars! Especially watching the sunrise right from your room window or balcony. The condo matched the description. The view was fantastic! The pool was warm and inviting. The kitchen was well appointed and we had everything we needed for the few meals that we ate there. The bed was comfy and I liked having the wand shower as well as the overhead in the bathroom. Juan was responsive when I messaged him with a question.

Beautiful

The condo had the most beautiful views of the water. You could listen to the crashing of the waves while out on the balcony. A couple of issues came up that were tended to immediately. Not far from restaurants or shops. Highly recommend Punta Arrocito!

Beautiful view and a calm family beach great for snorkling

We had a very relaxing time and enjoyed the beach. We were able to go snorkeling(we brought our own gear). The restaurant on the beach was good and had some local vendors as well. We went to buy groceries because dining options were limited in walking distance. The condo and pools were great with an amazing view!

Oasis on the Point

You can't beat falling asleep to crashing surf and waking up to a gorgeous view. The property is beautiful, the condo and grounds are clean and well maintained. Juan has charging stations at every bed for the techno-geeks and the wifi is as good as it gets in Mexico at this time. A short walk to the beach (bring your own shade if you don't want to pay every day). It's on a short list of "will return" locations for me.

The property is beautiful and the view is wonderful-watch the sunrise over the Pacific.

This is the second year we’ve stayed in this condo and we’re ready for next year. The condo is spacious, large kitchen and has a wonderful view of the Pacific even in the master bedroom. The condo complex is well managed and beautifully landscaped -2 pools, security. Location is a short ride to town and taxis are reasonable and plentiful. Juan, the owner, responds quickly to any messages and problem/question is promptly addressed. We love the condo and the surroundings.

Fantastic condo and views!

Stay here. Clean. Quiet. Be sure to walk to Ocean Restaurant. Security folks at gate are very helpful. They call taxis when you need them. They arrive in 1 minute. 60 pesos (3 USD) to town. Cheap. Highly recommend Juan’s condo. He let us in early. So helpful.

Dear Jeff, it was a pleasure hosting you! And thank you very much for your kind comments - When I can acommodate an early check-in, I will certainly do so! You are right, Ocean Restaurant (which is a leisurely 5-minute walk from the condo) is a great dining option, their owner chef is highly rated and they continually innovate and update their menu. And the on-site property management staff is extremely helpful, they go out of their way with assistance and recommendations for your guests. vacation

beautiful location and views very friendly people at the gate nice condo it was off season so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The only complaint was lack of paper products only 2 small rolls of toilet paper for 2 people for 9 days and no paper towels we had to message several times to get someone to bring some more and they only brought 2 more small rolls we finally just bought our own! seriously when you travel especially when your system is not used to the food or water having T-P is critical 😐

Kim, I am glad you enjoyed the property. I want to provide additional insight on your complaint about lacking TP: As you were only two guests, we placed two brand new rolls per bathroom, so you had four TP rolls upon arrival. You requested additional TP only a couple days into your stay, which was unexpected, but our staff promptly responded with additonal rolls. We work hard to ensure our guests have a pleasant stay, every time. I hope this clarifies matters.

Amazing location & View....

We (Husband, two kids and myself) were fortunate enough to call this lovely condo home for 2 weeks on our vacation. The condo is in a great location. The view (especially the sunrise) from the patio and/or the Master bed are AMAZING. The property is clean and has 2 nice pools. The staff at the property is also very helpful and friendly. There is a great beach walking distance, with awesome snorkeling. Full kitchen and washer & dryer in great working condition. We visit the local grocery store and stocked up on breakfast items and snacks. we had sunrise breakfast at the condo each day before setting out on our adventures of the Beautiful and clean Huatulco!! This vacation and condo DID NOT DISAPPOINT. WE WILL BE BACK. Feel in love with the town, beaches, people and the condo!
