Amazing!!!

This is a fantastic property. Everything was perfect! We enjoyed the view, short walk to the beach and the pool was wonderful. Can't say enough about this condo! We hope to be back!

Wonderful condo with amazing view

Well stocked condo, spacious and clean. Excellent pool. Short walk to beach where you can swim/snorkel. Need a car or taxi to go anywhere else though. Love the large balcony.

Stunning views and easy access to the beach!

The view of the ocean from the condo make this place! The convenience of being able to walk to the beach or lounge at one of the two pools made this place a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The condo is clean and well provisioned. The management company was very attentive and proactive in their communications. I’d stay again!

Absolutely beautiful!

Huatulco is a beautiful area to see and explore. This condo was perfect for our stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking from the unit. We had everything we needed and communicating with the property owner and management was great. The staff on site were all very pleasant and helpful. Unit was very clean and so is the whole property. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and complex.

The place was exactly as described, beautiful view and nice condo. I would have given them a 5, but for the following issues. 1- we had to buy kitchen knives, cutting board, Tupperware, tongs, 2 frying pans (all left behind) 2 - dishwasher didn't work, reported but no remedy provided. 3 - light bulbs burnt out, requested they change them - no assistance. 4 - They continually offered "what can we do to make your stay better", I hade 2 minor requests and they were denied. Staff was amazing and very nice. I would definitely go back.

The view of the ocean is breathtaking , pools were well maintained and the condo is as shown in the pictures .The front gate staff cheerfully ordered cabs , delivered the water promptly and helped with some minor issues . There were small coolers, beach chairs and beach mats and a floaty that we used during our stay . Some minor issues were dealt with quickly . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property . Unfortunately for us it is already rented for next year or we would of booked it again .

PA 202 was perfectly located to access beaches and La Crucecita in a quick taxi, which the front gate staff would call for us (sometimes there was a wait). There is a washing machine in this unit, but no dryer, so we had to use a hanging rack, which was not ideal for towels. Well-outfitted kitchen. The phone to contact front gate did not work. The pool lights sometimes were not on at night. Spectacular views.

The ocean was a little rough on the beach closest to us...but that's the great thing about Huatulco, there are many more beaches. because of the rough seas we didn't take boat rides to the beaches accessable only by boat. We would definetly would like to go back again under calmer conditions.

Spectacular view of the cean

The condo was spacious and nicely laid out , the patio gave us a spectacular view of the ocean and a cozy spot for reading /cocktail hour , 2 pools /shade areas were never crowded and the fellow guests and condo owners were welcoming . the almost constant ocean breeze meant we did not have to use air conditioning . We were lucky enough to see whales in the Bay ! The property is very well maintained and all staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you Gaby for the often last minute dinner reservations - much appreciated . Front gate staff ordered our cabs and we never waited more than a couple minutes . Just outside the condo complex , LOLOS , a drink and food truck that sets up most nights just outside the gate . A great way to meet your neighbours and watch the sun go down . I highly recommend this condo .

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year of staying in this condo at Punta Arrocito. The condo and the complex was immaculate and extremely safe, the location was great and the staff at both the complex and at MyHautulco Vacation were excellent. The views from the balcony were amazing. While most of the owners within the complex were very welcoming and friendly we did get the sense that a few of the owners did not want vacation renters in the complex. Once again thank you to Cathy and all the staff at MyHautulco Vacation was a wonderful vacation.
