Escape to this lovely cottage in picturesque quite South Jacksonville Beach. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a queen, a king, and twin bed, guests will feel right at home. A separate room to use as office. Why stay in a condo or townhouse in downtown Jax Beach, when you can have your own home with 3 car parking in a very safe part of SOUTH JAX BEACH just steps from the sandy beach which is perfect for going back and forth to the beach while enjoying your day in the sand. Peaceful front screened porch, outdoor seating, listening to the waves crash in the evening. There is a washer and dryer in the house. There is a Tesla charger and outdoor nest security cameras/flood lights for safety. Keyless entry for easy access. Several grocery stores and restaurants nearby.
