This classic Minneapolis home is conveniently located with bright open spaces adjacent to the Mississippi River and West River Parkway cycling, hiking and walking trails. This large home offers 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen, a lower game room and two-person indoor sauna for relaxing. Easy access to public transportation and a straight shot to Downtown Minneapolis make this a great spot to get just about anywhere!

The upper level has four bedrooms, three with king beds and one with a queen bed. The main level hosts a large living room with a gas fireplace, dining room and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. The lower level offers an additional bedroom with a queen bed, a two-person sauna and an entertainment room with shuffleboard, foosball and various board games.

The space
Our 5-bedroom, 3,500 sq foot home is conveniently located near Downtown, NE, the U of M campus, and Saint Anthony Main. Explore the bustling neighborhood with an array of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, microbreweries and shops just a short walk away. Transportation options abound, with rental bikes, scooters and excellent public transit within a few blocks, as well as various ride-share services available throughout the city. Whether you’re traveling with family to reconnect with friends or on business, this home offers all the conveniences you’d expect including a fully stocked kitchen and onsite laundry.

Main Level: The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and items you would expect and offers a breakfast nook sitting area. There is a dining room table offering a great space for meals or playing games. The living room offers a great area to socialize including a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights and a smart TV. A main level bathroom is available off of the kitchen.

Upstairs: There are four bedrooms including three with king beds and smart TVs. The four bedroom includes a queen size bed. There is one full size bathroom with towels and soap.

Lower Level: The lower level includes one bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a game room with shuffleboard, foosball, various board games and smart TV. Enjoy a cozy gas fireplace for socializing. Enjoy the 2-person sauna as a relaxing way to unwind at the end of the day. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower, including towels and soap. There is also a washer and dryer available for use.

Outside: There is a gas grill available for use and a patio table and chairs to gather outdoors for meals (weather permitting of course!).
No parties or events, our neighbors love us and appreciate that we’re providing an exceptional short-term rental in our darling neighborhood. Please, no visitors past 10:00 p.m.

The home offers digital contactless check-in/check-out allowing for flexibility when you arrive and depart. There is a private driveway for parking and there is also plenty of street parking..
