What a lovely, large, well appointed home. The 5BR’s was just what we needed for our family. We enjoyed both living areas and the 2nd level porch/lounge area was a lovely addition during our stay. The hosts were so welcoming, checked in during our stay and had personal touches everywhere in the home to make our stay more comfortable. The best!

Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Very good communication with host. Temperature was comfortable and there were heaters for some! Nice bathrooms and closet space! Great for family and friend gatherings.

The host was easy to communicate with and answered all the questions we had. The house was perfect for our family of nine. grandparents, 2 sets of parents, an eleven yr old, a 4 yr old and an infant. Great location, well equipped kitchen and garage access!

Fantastic stay. Cianna was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The home was spotless and well-maintained, making it a relaxing place to unwind. Graduation and Family Gathering

The property was beautiful and very clean. All of our family commented on the cleanliness of the home. We also appreciated the homey feeling with the furniture and decor. The kitchen was perfect for our 5 day stay. The new grill was perfect for our celebration dinner of our daughter’s graduation from UMN. Thank you!

What a tremendous home in a wonderful neighborhood! The house was immaculate and well appointed. The welcome bottle of wine is always an appreciated touch!Our group loved the upstairs deck. Spent the evening up there. One suggestion for that space would be to string some outdoor lights. Once it got dark, it got hard to see each other.

35th Birthday

I had my friends & their partners in from out of town to celebrate my 35th birthday & this location was great. We had ample space to chat & gather in the living room, dining room, downstairs recreation space, and especially the rooftop deck! Cianna was great with communication, very quick, polite & prompt. I'd recommend this listing to others!

Great house for families

The location is superb, and great parking, very convenient. The house is clean, newly remodeled, and well-appointed. The hosts are very gracious and the communication is excellent. Very highly recommended. We will stay here again if we can for future family gatherings. Only one issue: this house has 3.5 baths, not 4 as advertised. We were really excited to find 4 full baths, as we are an extended family group and we had a wedding to get ready for, but were disappointed to find the ground floor bathroom was a half bath. Not a huge issue, we still had an amazing stay, but I mention it because it was the main reason we chose this house.

We had 8 ladies for our annual trip visiting here. The home was perfect for us. Cianna & Dana were wonderful hosts. They checked in on us and answered questions in a timely fashion. The location was perfect for us. Parking behind the house worked wonderfully for us. We had three large SUVs to unload and it was perfect.

Excellent stay! Perfect place to stay and gather with family while traveling back and forth to the University of Minnesota. The house was clean, plentiful pillows and comfortable beds, private parking in back, and the neighborhood was quiet - could ask for anything more! It was very much appreciated to have the basic supplies ready for us when we arrived like the hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap and handful of laundry pods. And the showers had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers. Except for food (as expected), no need to shop to stock the house with household supplies. Owners showed great hospitality!Really appreciated the card table in the basement. Lots of fun!
