The house was truly amazing. Incredibly clean. Plenty of different areas for people to lounge around. The pool is a great plus for those days where you just want to lounge around.The air conditioning was spectacular. We were very grateful of how well it worked. The beach is a quick 10 minute drive away and there are plenty of great food spots to choose from in the area. My family loved every moment we spent here and would happily do so again. We genuinely have no complaints.

The condition of the property wasn't maintained. The hot water was not functioning the entire 10 days. The dryer was not working for 3 days, it was repaired. The condition of the cookware and plates were horrendous we purchased a fry pan to cook with. Please see the photos attached. The amenities described a dishwasher. Because there was none, we purchased a dish rack. The water pressure in the kitchen was terrible. A lady stopped by and showed us how to clean the sand out of the faucet and do it daily. It had no effect on the pressure. There was no pool chairs and no beach chairs. They brought camping chairs instead of beach chairs that were too small. This was all in the amenities. It surprises us that VRBO is representing such a deceptive listing

Beautiful, Spacious Home! And a Pool!

This home is beautiful and spacious. We loved our stay there - it was very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and warm enough to swim in! There are lots of tv's (we only used one, but there must be 7 of them!) The kitchen is large and well-stocked. Lots of small appliances - microwave, toaster, blender, even a small air fryer. (But not a dishwasher.) This house is not by the beach, but there is a beach about a 10 min drive away. Covered parking was a big plus! The pool house is large, and a great addition. I used it for an office while we were there and had no problems with the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is great everywhere on the property. The only ground-level bedroom is the pool house. We had one power outage that lasted 7 or 8 hours. Sebastian was great - he was responsive and helped us through a series of difficulties. He called the power company for us when we had the power outage. We were never able to solve the hot water issues while we were there. The hot water heater would give us very hot water, but only for 2-3 minutes - it worked for doing dishes, but was not long enough for a whole shower. (But the cold water there is a lot warmer than our cold water in Minnesota! So it wasn't that bad.) I hope they are able to fix it soon. Sebastian worked hard to try to fix it. Oh, the A/C - there is A/C everywhere and it works great! If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs-the neighbors' roosters crow pretty much 24/7. We would definitely stay there again.

House itself was nice. However, there were quite a few things that during our stay we thought future guests should know.Pros:-great AC-nice outdoor space-camping chairs provided-Several bathrooms -good pool (despite it being pretty caked with leaves and debris)-solid location -gates provided sense of security -plenty of rooms equipped with Roku TVs (one upstairs not working)Cons:-bare minimum household goods (no extra TP, paper towels, limited cookware, scratched up plastic plates). Had to buy a few things to make cooking simple (grater, oven mitt)-bad water pressure in kitchen, made cleaning up difficult -“dishwasher” listed as amenity but there isn’t one-inconsistent hot water for showers (scalding for a few mins and then cold)-dryer available but ran on propane (empty- host did not respond when we inquired) -pool was dirty upon arrival, cleaned the day before we left -maintenance men showing up without warning (we didn’t mind, but would’ve liked a heads up) -limited extra linens (one we grabbed off of one of the bunk beds had brown stains on it (see pictures)-windows made of screens allowed tons of light and noise into the house (roosters next door make noise at all hours including the middle of the night. Aware this is part of island life, so bring ear plugs)- Bad communication with host. They emailed when we arrived and said if we need anything to reach out. I followed up with several emails but no response. Bit disappointing for what we paid.
