We had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Breathtaking views from the third balcony/living area. Every bedroom has an attached bathroom. The house was very clean and the host did a wonderful job communicating. The house is kid-friendly as long as you place the various baby gates on the stairs.

Beautiful house and my 80 year Mom really enjoyed having an elevator inside the house. The proximity to the beach and the easy walkway leading to the beach was awesome! We had 4 kids and 6 adults and everyone was comfortable and enjoyed the place.

This house is amazing! We had a family group of 10 adults and we all loved it. Things that stood out is everyone had their own bathroom and a tv in each suite if someone needed some down time. The upstairs common area was great and location was perfect. We all want to come back.

We had a great time staying here during our Port A trip. We had a couple of issues, but communication with the host was quick and issues were resolved as quickly as possible, especially for a holiday weekend. Views from house were beautiful and proximity to the beach could not be beat. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

The host was very responsive before our stay and we had no issues that we needed to contact her during our stay. The home was clean and an excellent place for our group. Very comfortable bedrooms and we loved that each had a bathroom. The living area and kitchen were perfect for our meals and our group to be together. We loved having the gulf within walking distance and spent much of our time outdoors. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

This house was super-cute, tastefully decorated, spacious, clean, and convenient to the boardwalk. HOWEVER- if one of your favorite beach activities, like ours, is sitting on the deck to enjoy the view- this isn’t the house for you. All deck furniture was wooden, hard, oddly shaped, and absurdly uncomfortable. Not a cushion in sight! Even the kids couldn’t bear it- LOL. First beach vacation ever where we couldn’t enjoy the sunrise, the waves, stargazing at night.

We were surprised to hear your feedback about the deck furniture, as we've owned the home for five years and have never received a complaint about its comfort. Because the deck is located on the third story and exposed to strong coastal winds, we've intentionally chosen sturdy, heavy furniture that can safely withstand the elements. For the same reason, we haven't kept loose cushions outside, as they can easily blow off the balcony. We certainly wish you had mentioned your discomfort during your stay! We would have been more than happy to provide cushions so you could fully enjoy the beautiful views, sunrises, and evenings on the deck. We always encourage our guests to reach out with any concerns or requests, as we're happy to help make their stay as comfortable as possible. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you otherwise enjoyed your beach vacation!

Overall we loved this stay! Beautiful views, great location, good AC, excellent space! The only hang up we had was that the elevator didn’t work well, but everything else was awesome!Our advice for future visitors…The beach fills up fast on the weekends! Recommend getting up and staking your claim close to sunrise!Restaurants are very busy every night! Utilize the online waitlists! Especially Tortugas that we had to miss out on because it seems you have to book a day in advance. Absolutely rent a golf cart. Essential for beach travel because it’s like a road down there!We definitely recommend this house! It was great for our extended family!

Loved our stay for 4 adults and 5 teens! Easy access to beach. Cute community! Recommend renting a golf cart. House was amazing and owner very responsive! Two items helpful for renters- there is no filtered water for drinking so be prepared to bring a lot of bottled water. Also, ice machine doesn’t work well, so need to be prepared to buy and bring ice.

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The private pool was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach, which was just a short walk away via the boardwalk. The elevator made it super easy to get up to the third floor with all our stuff. The RV park grounds were clean, quiet, and well-maintained. Highly recommend—can’t wait to come back!
