The house is very cute and quaint. I loved the overall look and feel. It was perfect for my little friend group. Very kind neighbors & we will definitely be back in the area for the door guy from treasure island. He made sure our trash was out & that we knew of all the good bars! However, we did have to kill about 12 roaches inside the house. We know they’re common in port a, but so many being inside leads me to believe there may be an issue. The sheets in the pool view room were a little dirty, as well. Other than that, it was a good stay.

We really enjoyed this property. The living area was so spacious and the kitchen was fresh and clean. Upstairs bedrooms were very roomy as well. Loved having the pool and the optional heat for the pool is a big bonus and something I'll remember for future. The street is quiet with zero through-traffic, and most of the adjacent homes appear to be new.

Good Time

Place was a little run down, but clean. Pool was also clean and the kids loved it! Good location away from the crazy, but still close enough to get around in a golf cart. We had a good time, no major complaints.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay due to the number of maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep issues we encountered. These included:-Roaches in the house every night of our stay.-Overgrown palm tree at the front entry that hit us every time we walked through the upstairs gate.-Broken kitchen light above the sink and no bathroom ventilation.-Non-functioning coffee maker and washing machine.-Dirty pool due to poorly functioning jets, with both live and dead crabs found in the pool.-Backyard could use some grass to make it more accommodating for guests traveling with pets.-Only three chairs on the back patio, and none of the outdoor furniture had a complete set.-Very small living room TV for the size of the room and stains on furniture/pillows.-Gaps around the side and bottom of back door allowing bugs in and conditioned air to escape.-Broken couch, with food found underneath when we pulled out the mattress.Overall, there were too many issues for us to consider the home well-maintained or adequately prepared for guests. We would not rent this property again.

The entire property needs maintenance. The pool isn’t very clean, the walking path up to the entrance is overgrown making it hard to walk up or down the stairs. I messaged the property and received no response. There are stains on the carpets and the floor is uneven and feels like you can fall through on some parts. I wouldn’t book again.

50th Anniversary celebration

Was a fantastic weekend stay! Pool was excellent as in law’s can’t stay out in the sun too long! So went to beach for couple of hours and the rest of the day we spent at pool! Part of the pool is under the top deck of the house! This provided shade if one needed to get out of the sun, but you can still be in the pool!

Couldn’t find light switches easily. Stairways not well lit…lots of bulbs out. Pool was fantastic. Very clean. Furniture very vintage but mostly comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. Very quiet and not too far from beach. It was nice.

Easter Family Vacation

We enjoyed a weekend in Port Aransas and stayed at this charming beach house. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Living room and bedrooms were cozy. It was convenient having access to the pool. The weather was warm, but not hot enough to warm the pool water. The neighborhood was quiet and folks in the area did a polite wave as we passed by. The best part was renting a go-cart. Recommend renting a cart in advance, with the holiday weekend we secured one by luck! We would like to make another trip out. I recommend this place for your stay.
