The outdoor furniture includes a resort grade teak wood set (round dining table with 4 chairs and large tilting umbrella, a large bench, armchair, and coffee table, along with 2 chaise lounges), and an aluminium set (4 armchairs, coffee table, and 6 bar stools). Beach towels and chair cushions are provided. It is better than the local resorts!

The 50 feet Pebble Tec (salt water) pool and spa feature five spillways, four fire bowls. All of these features are instantly available via remote control. A sitting area with a fountain can help you relax after a swim!

Finally, the house has a 2 car garage. There is an available EV Porsche Charger for convenient use. The community is gated and has a 24 hours security guard at the entrance. The community is very private and courtesy patrols make it very secure.
