Includes free use of nearby, ocean-front beach club with a huge, temp-controlled pool.

Lower Level - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom + living area with Sofa-sleeper bed
Main Level - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining area.
Loft Level - 1 bedroom, with 4 twin beds

37 feet of dock & step-down area.
Fish table, electric, water hose, bait freezer

This living space looks out a sliding glass door with nice views of the backyard and canal.

We have 2 kayaks with paddles for your use.
There are 2 lounge chairs in the backyard
and there is a gas grill with propane for you to enjoy.

The second-floor patio id furnished with a dining table with 6 chairs, 3 ceiling fans and is a perfect place to have dinner or happy hour!
With ample parking in front and room for just about any size trailer, this home is extremely accommodating.
