Host was quick on responses. Some disrepair, handle was hanging off stove and lots of cracked tiles, sofa had stains all over it. Labeled as sleeping 6 but no bedding at all for the pull out sofa which made it unusable. My biggest issue was the upstairs apartment. SO loud all night. Loud music playing, stomping and dragging chairs, could smell marijuana, honking right outside our windows. We were up until 4:30am. I realize some of this can’t be fixed by the host. Said it was someone who just checked in but a previous review said the same thing.

I really enjoyed my stay. I don’t travel to cities at all so once I figured parking and entry out, it was really good. Great access, stellar parking outside of the place. Cute setting and beautiful area! Very pedestrian friendly and so much within walking and driving distance. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit pictured is one of 4 different units. Ours was not the pictured one and was in much worse condition than what is seen in pictures. Not clean. I spent several days after my stay sick from inhaling mold.

Id like to start by saying it was clean, good for what our purpose was. Getting there honestly was not the greatest there was no like number markers that shows the house parking lot. Get in quick through the front door, the unit door kinda had to put some hip force to open and close, there was some damages prior, went to check out the bathtub and the support of the shower curtain fell almost on me, immediately contacted host, DID NOT RECIEVE ANYTHING BUT AUTOMATED MESSAGES, not impressed honestly stressed me out.

Things that aren't clear from the listing. The property is in a really rough neighborhood. It is a downstairs apartment in a quadplex.The neighbors were up until two in the morning, shouting, making all sorts of noise. The apartment was clean,But things were in disrepair. There were holes in the bed sheets as well as in the sofa in the living room that were there on our arrival. Not long after leaving, the host sent me a message. Accusing me of having a dog in heat and ruining their sheets when I have a male dog. Would not recommend staying in this property. Further, I sent the host several messages.Prior to arriving and never got anything but a generic prewritten response.
