Pet Policies

This home only allows 2 dogs. There are nightly pet fees and a pet deposit required.

In order to protect our homeowners' second homes, we do require that pets must be under 35 lbs., non-shedding, and crate trained. The pet(s) must either be crated when unattended and not left alone in the cabin when you leave. As pet owners ourselves, we know that some pets have separation anxiety which will cause damage to the wood floors, walls, door frames, or furniture when left alone, even if shut in a bedroom or bathroom. Blue Ridge is an extremely pet friendly town and you can take your dog with you to most restaurants where there is outdoor seating, and walking along Main Street, shop owners keep bowls of water outside for thirsty pets.

There is a $250 refundable pet deposit for all reservations. It is refunded upon the departure of the stay unless there are pet damages, excessive pet hair, or if the pet has been found unattended in the cabin.

Rental Rates

Rates for cabin rentals are based on per night for up to four guests. Add $25 per person, per night above four guests. A cleaning fee will be added, based on the number of guests. All cabin rentals prices and minimum stays are subject to change at anytime even if not posted on site.

Cabin is a health hazard, Management Co Terrible
We have stayed in and around Blue Ridge every year for the last 6 years and we have stayed at a couple of other cabins with this company and have never had a problem until this one. The cabin was disgusting, where do I start... • Musky smell when we walked in, we gave this cabin the benefit of the doubt and concluded that this was probably due to the cabin doors and windows being closed up • Stains on all of the soft furnishings including the bedding and duvet. The duvet did not have any duvet cover on any of them either. • Cigarette ash all over the main level & bottom decking, hot tub cover and outside dining table (I thought these cabins were non-smoking, my partner and I are non-smokers so were appalled by this!!) • Coffee cup rings all over one of the main quarter table • One of the built in wardrobes had the whole door missing • Another cupboard had the door knob missing and there was a large screw poking out – surely this is a health and safety hazard. • Two of the towels in the upstairs bathroom had huge bleached stains over them • The bath in the upstairs bathroom was stained and the enamel starting to break up • The fan light wouldn’t work without the fan running and as the remote was missing we couldn’t change this setting I have many pictures to show all of these issues and have emailed the management company twice now but have still not received a reply. These cabins are not cheap to rent and I expect a high quality of finish to them (which is exactly what we had with the other cabins we rented from here). Extremely disappointed with our overall experience this time, ruined our last stay in Blue Ridge and I couldn’t wait to leave. Due to the complete lack of response from the management company as well, we will not be booking with them again.

Renters Beware!! Not for Families
I hate writing bad reviews and rarely feel the urge to but I don't want any other family to be deceived. The deception is real with this cabin. Ill make it short .This cabin is not as listed nor is it luxury. Maybe if you live in Blue Ridge but defiintely not if you live ANYWHERE ELSE. Went here for Father's Day and now this trip has become a story.. 1)There is absolutely no wifi or satellite signal here at all. None!! 2) The pool table pockets mentioned in previous reviews still have not been fixed. Children under 13 cannot use per cabin rules so with no wifi there is nothing for them to do. 3) Fridge water and ice dispenser are broken. Technician stated that water line is not connected. Rebooted and still no ice after 10hrs. 4) Furniture extremely dated and dusty. Sunken in bench in the master. Someone wrote dusty on the top of the TV cabinet. I would find this funny but since they charge per person for cleaning one begins to wonder if that is actually done. Bugs in master bedroom and on patios. 5) Tiles broken on master bath and the tub has been damaged and painted over. Again..this is luxury lol 6) Hottub in error mode when we arrived. Tech came the next day and had to reboot. Things that should have been checked prior to arrival. 7) Outside area with chairs, table and fireplace don't exist. Aundree stated they were updated with 3 fireplaces. Thats textbook "false advertises" if the listing stated an amenity that was no longer without indicating in the property description. Also, the fireplaces were already included in the listing. Also 1 set of wood for 4 fireplaces. Too many fireplaces anyway for a cabin listed for 4 right? 8) They will hound you about your guest list. They have cameras outside and they send emails and text constantly. Creepy is all I have to say. 9) Hidden cost. Cabin is listed for 4 people but 4 people would never rent such a large cabin. Beware that there is a charge for additional staying OR non staying guest. $25 plus an additional cleaning fee which averages $60+ for each additional guest. 10) Cabin located deep in the woods. Extra 10 mins once you enter road. For the wifi not to work and stipulations on the pool table you're forced to leave constantly to entertain children. Not for families at all. That's it. You've been warned.. They will continue to apologize for everything but refund you Nothing!!

Cabin stay review
The cabin was great. There were a few things that I want to share to ensure the best experience for your visitors. The cheap toilet paper is unnecessary, people just use more and they are annoyed by renting a luxury cabin with cheap toilet paper. I was surprised there was not a blow dryer, I’ve never stayed at a rental that did not have one. I bought a blow dryer and left it there so now your future guests have one. I wanted to use an iron but you had an ironing board and no iron. We were excited to see there was a keurig and bought a lot of k cups to learn the keurig wasn’t working. That was very disappointing. The property manager responded to all questions except this one. The bottom staircase has a broken step which several people tripped on and one of us fell all the way down the stairs tripping on it. I think you all were aware that some of the pockets on the pool table were broken. I saw that posted from another renter and was surprised to see it still was not fixed. There were not enough toiletries for the number of guests and nighgs, so we purchased more. There were also not enough trash bags so we purchased more. Again, oversell the Cabin was wonderful and we had a good experience. Just wanted to share these items that were inconveniences that could be improved to make the experience even better.

There is a hiking path down the hill to the Toccoa River where you can put in a tube a float down towards McCaysville. Pick up at Horseshoe Bend Park. Depending on the water level and when TVA releases water from the Lake Blue Ridge dam, the float should take from 1.5 to 2.5 hours
