Refreshing, Cozy & Peaceful

Of course the property is new, well built and cozy. Everything was clean. We had four in our party but it is spacious enough for six. The area is peaceful and the neighbor next door was very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the beach where it is easy to access, and it is a “skip and a hop” from Pier Park. We can’t wait for the opportunity to rent again next year.

Beautiful, new home close to gorgeous beach

We had a fabulous trip and the house was great. Very well equipped, beautifully appointed and the beds were very comfortable. It was a short distance from a beautiful beach. The neighborhood was quiet. It is definitely a neighborhood that is transitioning and not typical of where we would normally choose. But the other great things made up for that. There is a great little market a couple blocks away. We had issues with the TV’s but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. It was a little disconcerting that the property shows up as an empty lot on Google with trailers around it v. Similar homes. Maybe there is a way you could indicate the google map photo is very outdated. Also not a fan of all the extra fees added on top of the listed price but I’m guessing this isn’t unusual for VRBO.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We're glad you found the house well equipped, comfortable, and close to the beach. We appreciate your comments about the neighborhood and the market nearby. We're sorry for the TV issues but happy our team could assist promptly. We'll look into the Google Maps photo concern to help future guests. Regarding fees, we aim for transparency and will review how they’re presented. We hope to host you again.
