Main floor is open concept with beautiful Gulf views the second you walk in the front door. The master BR has a luxurious bath and private 10 x 25 gulf front balcony with sliders. No crowded elevators, no long walks to the car, no crowds on the beach. The perfect family getaway house on the West end of PCB, less than 5 minutes to Pier Park (East) and 30A (West). Living room includes 78” HD curved tv for all the sports fanatics. Large Tv’s in every bedroom. Cable and WiFi included. Just steps out the back door to your perfect beach day. Ground level Grill and patio with spectacular ocean views. Sandy path directly from the house to a quiet beach area that’s not overcrowded by condo guests. Beach chairs, umbrellas and an assortment of children’s sand toys are included.
