Neighbourhood description: Besides the beach nearby, there are lots of restaurants, parks, outdoor gyms and playgrounds all within walking distance as well as shops and supermarkets. After enjoying the art deco buildings, beach, bustle, and the nightlife of Ocean Grove, walking along the promenade to South Pointe Park to see the boats and cruise liners is a must.
If you have children and want a change of scenery, Jungle Island is fantastic, only a 10 min drive away. You can hold Macaws, baby Alligators and monkeys. The Miami Zoo is 35min away. It is the only sub-tropical zoo in the US which means you get to see a wide variety of animals from Asia, Africa and Australia.
"SoFi” – the enclave South of Fifth Street in which this apartment is located –is a vibrant destination in its own right. Some locals who have discovered SoFi actually gave up their landlocked houses to purchase condos in the clouds along with wealthy business people and more than a few big-name celebrities who have first- and second-homes here.
Getting around: Everything you need in Miami Beach is within walking distance. If you have shopping to carry, are in a rush or have little ones, then there is a FREE trolley service (miamibeachtrolley.com), several Bus lines and regular taxis as well as Uber and Lift.

We absolutely loved the location of this property! Its proximity to South Beach made it incredibly convenient to explore all that Miami has to offer, with so many attractions within easy walking distance. The surrounding community was vibrant and inviting, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. Being just steps away from iconic spots like Ocean Drive and Collins Avenue—the heart of South Beach—really elevated the experience. The condo itself was spacious and comfortably accommodated four people, making it perfect for our stay.Overall, we had an incredible time and would recommend this property to anyone looking to immerse themselves in the best of Miami!
The condo was impeccably clean, with towels, nice sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, and plenty of cooking utensils. It was also quiet. Parking was great as it was in the building so no worries there. You could not ask for a better location as we could walk everywhere to include the beach, shops and restaurants. An overall great experience and would do again!!!!
Nice place with indoor parking. Bit of an effort to get to the third floor, but it had a nice little porch to go outside to change your mind. Only frustration was the Amazon TV, which was terrible.

We have stayed in our apartment for the last few weeks for the first time in 7 years! We have been redecorating and making sure everything is in order. We have replaced the master bed suite and mattress, dining room table & chairs, all the rugs, blankets, added to the kitchen supplies etc. I have posted the new photographs.
