Townsend Inlet Beach Block 2nd floor of a duplex. Meticulously kept and well maintained property. Rear Fenced in yard is great for children to play. Situated on Pleasure Ave only steps to the beach with beautiful ocean views from 2nd and 3rd floor decks. This property features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a 3rd floor additional spacious family room with large deck with ocean views. The living room and dining area are open and bright. The dining table seats 8 with 4 additional barstools around the kitchen counter. The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and the next bedroom has 2 twins. These bedrooms share a hall bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a pass through bathroom. One has 2 twins and the other has a king bed. Large 3rd floor room has plenty of space for gatherings and an awesome deck with stunning beach views.
