Stayed with my wife for a night before our cruise. The unit was beautiful, spotless, and well-situated with everything we needed. Plus we got to relax at the spa! Having the washer/dryer in the unit was awesome, as it meant we didn’t need to bring any dirty clothes with us on our cruise! Communication with the host was great, he was very clear and responsive. Would stay here again next time.

- Kitchen was poorly equipped not enough utensils and equipment.- The elevator issues have been around for more than 3 months- I was under the impression there would a washer and dryer in the room- Balconies were smaller than they seemed to be

Thank you so much for your stay! There is a washer and dryer in the apartment, located in the door next to the refrigerator. If you had let us know, we would’ve been glad to point this out right away 🙂 The balconies are exactly as they appear in the photos, and I personally inspected the apartment the day you arrived. Utensils are stocked in the kitchen, and we’re always happy to bring over anything additional a guest may need. The building is currently upgrading one of the elevators, but we could have directed you to the service elevator if you experienced delays. We have received many five star reviews on this property across other websites, and we are committed to delivering that same experience to all future VRBO guests. We appreciate when guests communicate their concerns to us while they are staying in the unit! We are here to make everyone’s stays as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We wish you all the best!
