Wonderful property close to town - pleasant walk to restaurants and shops and river. Host was outstanding and made sure everything was ready for us and available if needed (although we didnt need anything more!!). Highly recommend for anyone who plans to spend time in Rome.

The close proximity to downtown Rome was convenient. We enjoyed shopping, great food, breweries and wineries. The house had the perfect accommodations for our family of six!

Great for families

We had a great experience staying here. It was close to downtown which we walked to multiple times. The surrounding neighborhood was beautiful. The house it self worked perfect. It was very clean and ready to go when we arrived. We will definitely be staying here in the future!!

This property and the owners were amazing! A lot of times when you stay places and they say there are four bedrooms - you know it will accommodate sleeping needs however sitting needs in the living area aren’t addressed or sufficient. Not a problem in this home - plenty of very comfortable seating. It was immaculate and the owners had thought of everything you may need for your stay. They were extremely prompt answering/responding to a question I had and had left a handwritten note for us upon our arrival wishing my daughter good luck at orientation for college. I am so thankful we found this home as we will definitely have a need for many occasions! Did I mention the beds were soooo comfortable??? They were - it was a topic of conversation the first morning we were there. The location was convenient to downtown. We look forward to our future stays!
