An immense living room on the first floor lends itself to fun gatherings. A short hall way leads to the well-equipped kitchen (complete with custom handmade mugs for enjoying your first sips of morning coffee!) and adjacent dining room with seating for 10. Just beyond the dining area you'll find another living area for additional entertaining and gathering that includes a tranquil sitting space and additional seating area with television, overlooked by the kitchen pass through. Slider doors lead to the fenced-in rear yard with outdoor seating for the whole group, complete with entertainment shed for kids and a gas grill for outside cooking. Additional first floor feature includes a powder room. The second level consists of four well sized bedrooms - a primary suite with king bed and private bath with walk-in shower, second bedroom with twin bed and twin bunk bed, third bedroom with queen bed, and a very large fourth bedroom with two queen beds and double closets.
