Le Petite Suite maximizes every inch of its 125 square feet, seamlessly combining modern design and practicality. Bright white walls, pops of green, and a paneled ceiling with beams create an inviting atmosphere. The queen-size Murphy bed folds up to reveal a comfortable couch, making it easy to transition between lounging, dining on the included tray tables, and enjoying the smart TV or electric fireplace. Please note: Le Petite Suite is a true tiny home at just 125 square feet. The photos and description accurately represent the space, but it is very compact and best suited for guests who appreciate cozy, efficient living. If you are looking for a traditional-sized apartment or larger accommodations, this may not be the right fit.

Under-cabinet lighting creates a warm, welcoming ambiance. Enjoy meals at the cozy tray tables inside or take advantage of the private patio to dine al fresco by the fire table.

The pristine bathroom boasts a walk-in shower, elegant LED mirror, and soft can lights, creating a relaxing ambiance. The vanity provides ample countertop space for your essentials. Though there isn’t a sink in the bathroom, you’ll find the kitchen sink just a few steps away for convenience.

The large shared parking area accommodates up to two vehicles for guests of Le Petite Suite. It’s shared with guests from the main house and detached guesthouse, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Le Petite Suite is located at the rear of the property, behind the main house, offering a private retreat. The property features three separate living spaces, each with its own private outdoor area (patio, deck, or yard), ensuring private lounging areas. While all units are detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside in the shared parking areas or walkways. We do monitor outdoor areas via security cameras but may miss something, so please let us know if an issue arises.

Please note, your booking includes access to Le Petite Suite only. Guests are not permitted to enter the main house, the detached guesthouse on the northwest side of the home, or their respective outdoor areas (such as the guesthouse`s patio or the main house deck and yard). If you`re interested in booking any of the other spaces, feel free to reach out for pricing and availability.

We aim to give our guests space to enjoy their stay while staying readily available to help when needed. During regular waking hours, we typically respond within an hour via the Airbnb platform.
If you reach out between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, please note that non-urgent messages may not be answered until morning. For urgent issues during this time, we ask that you call us directly rather than message. If it’s very late, you may need to call more than once to wake us.

Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. Even though we allow pets, you can still expect the same high standards of cleanliness as a non-pet-friendly rental. Our cleaning team is thorough and meticulous, ensuring that every guest arrives to a fresh and spotless home.

★ PEST CONTROL ★
We provide regular pest control treatments. While rare, minor pest sightings can occur in any home. If you encounter a significant pest issue, please contact us immediately so we can address it promptly. Refunds for pest-related concerns are considered only in cases of verified, severe infestations, as determined by our pest control professionals, in line with Airbnb’s Guest Refund Policy.

★ SHARED PARKING AND WALKWAYS ★
The Lofty Lodge is a detached guesthouse on the northwest side of the main home. This property has three separate living spaces, each with its own private area. While these spaces are all detached with no shared walls, it’s not uncommon to see other guests outside.

The large shared parking area accommodates up to two vehicles for the Lofty Lodge guests. The parking area is shared with guests from the main house and detached tiny home, ensuring plenty of space and easy access. Please follow the parking instructions provided at check-in to ensure a smooth experience for all guests.

★ PETS ALLOWED ★
You’re welcome to bring along your furry family members! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, you must include all pets in your reservation and complete the pet fee payment prior to check-in.

Our tiny home is suitable to accommodate pets, but please note that access to the yard is not permitted. However, there is a park directly across the street where you’re welcome to take your pet. Just be sure to keep them on a leash, as it is not a designated dog park.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS OR UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS ★
We ask you to treat our home with respect to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. All guests must be confirmed with the host and any extra guest fees must be paid, if applicable, before arrival. If you plan to bring more than 2 guests, an extra guest fee of $20 per person per day applies for any additional guests ages 2 and up.

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking during your stay! Any smoking evidence will incur a $500 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ YARD CARE, SNOW REMOVAL & EXTERIOR ACCESS NOTICE ★

Our yard care team services the property every other weekend from March through November, which may fall on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Because their route and timing can vary, we’re unable to guarantee exactly when they’ll arrive—so guests should assume a visit will occur during their stay if it overlaps with a scheduled weekend.

If this would be a concern during your reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can attempt to reschedule their visit.
