The apartment was the best! Parking was very easy and convenient, as was the apartment. We felt free & safe walking the area...much to see and do. Yes the street car is below but was not noisy throughout the night and was not disruptive to our sleep. The host was very prompt in responding to each of our questions. We will definitely look at staying here again in the future!

The condo was absolutely beautiful. I love the decor and they had everything that might possibly be needed! The location is great, walking distance to everything. Five stars. The noise is legit. I am not faulting the team, because this is very clear in the listing! I’m a very deep sleeper and this was still impactful on the trip as I just never felt quite rested. Please don’t be deterred as this is a great property. Just keeping it real.

Nice corner of Downtown Salt Lake

This was a really nice corner unit on the 5th floor. Within walking of everything DT. The host was nice and easy to text for questions. I would recommend this place for your next stay in SL. It's very clean and brite.

The space was cute, clean and chic. It was convenient to the TRAX stop. It was way louder than anticipated. Though the description included that there would be noise from the street it was as if the trax was coming through the building. The week days were quieter but the weekend was very noisy. Overall a good stay but as a woman traveling alone and with the parking garage across the street I felt a little vulnerable a times.

Convenient for my needs

The unit was right by the courthouse traxx stop, several bars / restaurants and had everything I needed for my short stay. The only thing I might recommend is earplugs, since you will hear the Traxx Trolly.

I did not enjoy my stay in Salt Lake City. The apartment was noisy! People on the street partying past midnight every night. The train outside the unit made terrible noises. The air conditioner in the bedroom was also terribly noisy. Way too far to walk to the Radisson in pitch black at 6:30am. It was not a pleasant experience! I would never recommend it.

Could be better

A severe HVAC issue put a real blackeye on my stay. The building had no air condition and they tried to make it with a couple of swamp coolers and window air conditioners, but it wasn’t enough to cool the unit so it was pretty uncomfortable.
