With everything you need for both long or short term stay, we know this will soon become a fave destination. With ample street parking and a dedicated stall in the back, travelling with multiple vehicles isn't an issue. Enjoy walking to Our daily Brett- a local restaurant, or take a quick bus ride into Downtown! On site laundry makes this location perfect for longs stays. **We do require sending a photo of the ID for newly created accounts that don't have reviews/recommendations yet from the other hosts. **For a stay of 20 days and more, we require a mid-stay clean ($150) **Please do not flush any other product apart from the toilet tissue down the toilet. Thank you **Any signs of smoking of any kind & illicit drugs on the premises: $250/assessed per situation. Please make sure to go outside for any smoking needs. **Strictly "no parties" allowed and any noise violations past 10:00 pm will result in a $250 fine and eviction. NO SHOES IN THE PROPERTY (Kindly take off your shoes/slippers/etc before going inside the property)

Great location near the city but not right in downtown. Lots of space and had a great stay. Host was very responsive and checked-in with us by message to make sure we enjoyed our stay or needed anything.
