Welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom house in the south of Calgary! The spacious home is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient home base for exploring the city. The location is great, with easy access to major roads. Close to Fish Creek park, Bow river, Spruce Meadows, golf course, South Health Campus hospital... Relax and watch your favourite shows on Netflix or cable TV. We are sure you'll love your stay here!

The house provides a comfortable and spacious living for up to 7 guests. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, and a bright, spacious living room. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet, the second and third bedrooms have full size beds that sleeps 2 people each. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are modern and well-appointed, the two bathrooms upstairs have bathtubs and the half bathroom is on the main floor. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has cooking utensils, plates, cups and cutleries. The dining area seats 6 people, and the living room has a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen TV.
There is also a bonus room upstairs with a second flat-screen TV. A dedicated laundry room with washer and dryer is located on the second floor.
There is a large furnished office on the main floor, ideal for home office work.
Guests can also enjoy the backyard and relax on the deck.

The house is not suitable for parties or loud gathering events.

Amazing Home Away From Home

Everything about our experience was amazing. The house is incredible and every need is anticipated. The location is great, close to the river and easy access to both Macleod and Stoney Trails. The house is incredibly clean and Gani was an exceptional host. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back in a heartbeat.

The place was perfect for what we needed. Only a couple things would make it great. Of there was a suitcase stand of some kind in each bedroom and also maybe a rack on back of doors to hang towels to dry. Other than those couple things the place was great. Thank you so much would stay again Angela

Co-workers stay

Great Property that gave us enough working space, sleeping space and our own bathrooms. Set up well to mingle in the kitchen area but still get away from each other, really nice, safe area.
