Step into a bright, open-concept living space designed for connection and relaxation. The main floor seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and a modern, fully-equipped kitchen.

Living & Dining:
Unwind on the comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa.
Enjoy a movie on the smart TV with Netflix included.
Gather around the dining table that comfortably seats six.

Kitchen:
* Fully equipped with a Maytag stove/oven, stainless steel pots and pans, and a full set of utensils.
* Coffee bar featuring a Nespresso machine with a selection of pods.

We enjoy traveling and when our kids were younger, Lake Geneva was one of our favorite getaways. We love the lake, the nature, the walkability and slower pace of Lake Geneva. When we bought our home in Lake Geneva, we thought we would share it with other families who want to come and have space to enjoy the outdoors and the lake. Lake Geneva is a wonderfully family friendly town.

Why they chose this property

We chose the Maple Park Historic District for the beautiful architecture and historic feel. It is the most beautiful neighborhood in the area, in our opinion. When we walk downtown, it is fun to look at all of the interesting houses.

What makes this property unique

Our house has places for the whole family to connect or find their own space for a while. The bedroom upstairs has a desk and sitting area with an XBox for the kids as well as a half bathroom. There is a deck outside for hanging out together or curling up to read a book. In addition, you can bring the whole family, including your pet. We are dog friendly with a fenced in backyard and that eliminates the stress of boarding!
