This super-clean, 2 bedrooms 2nd floor apartment, sleeps 4 adults plus 1 child annd 1 baby.. While we cater to and fully accommodate children, we do charge for all children regardless of age. If you are traveling with children under 2, please list them as children, not infants, as Homeaway leaves it up to the host and does not automatically charge children under two. 2 TV’s with ROKU. We are completely smoke and pet-free. The bus at the corner accesses all areas of Philadelphia. This apartment has alll hardwood floors, toys, and books, a pack & play, high-chair, tub, baby gate and pretty much anything you and your family will need. We offer driveway parking, and the area offers ample shopping and restaurants, in a safe suburban Philadelphia area.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the knob and the bolt and return key to lockbox turning the dials to conceal the code and pull the screen door shut behind you, as it doesn’t always shut completely
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
After 11PM we are sleeping below the two smaller bedrooms. Please remove your shoes when walking in the hallway and keep noise to a minimum.
Door must always be locked. If you are out for the day or in for the night, lock both locks.
Checkout: remove trash, run dishwasher, & leave apt as you found it. Instructions for trash and recycling bins is on the refrigerator.

Great location close to the city. Quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed. It’s an older home so the floors were quite squeaky, but it was clean and comfortable.

This location was perfect. It is close to Phili for the Penn Relay events as well as close to outlet shopping. It is a very safe area with ample off-street private parking. I will likely return here again next year for next year's event.
