You have exclusive access to the 2nd floor apartment as listed. Shared space includes the entrance into the apartment building and you have 1 free designated parking spot in the driveway. We're located .08 miles from the Jenkintown-Wyncote Station and the Noble Station. Feel free to walk around the neighborhood to local shops and restaurants. Please note that this 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 2nd floor and will require climbing stairs as there is no elevator in the building. Also note that bathroom is adjacent to bedroom and is accessed via the bedroom.
