We had a wonderful stay! The condo was very clean and comfortable, and the host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. We especially loved the location of our unit—it overlooked the kids’ splash pad, which was fun, and we had easy access to the pools. Being close to the parking garage was also a huge plus and made coming and going very convenient. Overall, the condo was clean, well located, and made for a great stay. We would definitely stay here again!

The room overlooks the splash pad with a slight view of the ocean looking left of the balcony. The pools and pool decks were well maintained and not too crowded, even on Labor Day weekend. Takes only a few minutes to get to the beach, parking is accessible. Condo entrance is indoors, which is nice, and luggage carts are easy to find. Walmart delivered groceries right to our door. Host sent information with everything I needed to know, including how to self check in and out without needing to rely on anyone else. Kitchen tools and dishes were all clean with no odors. Condo is well maintained with plenty of space for kids and adults. I wish I had brought more blankets because the ones provided were thin. Having tvs in each bunk was a major reason I chose this room. The bunks are also tucked away with a thick curtain to block light and sound, so it was easy to get kids to bed while still using the living space. Having 2 bathrooms was great and there were enough towels, we only brought them for the pool, overall, great location and stay.

The condo was nice! Exactly what we needed with three young kids. Grateful there was a pack n play, and high chair, and beach toys!! One downfall is the kitchen is not stocked with even the simplest cooking spices/oils etc. Location is a little far back in comparison to the whole property and it takes some time figuring out which elevator/stairs we should take based on where we wanted to go - upper pool, lower pool, beach, etc. We loved the included beach service!! Overall, we would stay here again. It was very toddler friendly and er felt safe!

Great stay

Our family enjoyed our stay here. Rooms were clean, manager was responsive, and location of the room was great. We did not bring beach toys for the kids but some were provided - bonus was the kite that our kids had a fun time flying! The only thing we'd recommend (and this is nitpicky) is some extra blankets to snuggle during movie nights; however once we found the thermostat to make the rooms a little warmer, it was fine. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great spring break

Very nice property with a great view of the children’s pool. Close walk from the 3rd floor parking garage so that really helps when carrying many bags. Also very clean and quick responses from the condo owner. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Property was well maintained and had everything could need kitchen wise for a stay. Communication with Property manager was pretty seemless and made check-in and check out seem almost like it was our place. Being set where property was you could see the ocean, but the kids play area at the pool was prominent. Pool was really nice and the snack shack on Property servuced good food.

We had an amazing time here! The kids were so entertained they put themselves to bed every night! The unit feels larger than it is and my son loved (loved) the bunk with the TV! We stayed at a perfect time of year as well, I imagine the parking deck gets a little crazy but that’s to be expected. We will definitely come back next year.

Our Springbreak Getaway

This little condo was the perfect getaway for our family. It was well stocked with everything that we needed! It was freshly painted, the floors were beautiful, the furniture was beautiful. It is a well-kept condo. We were pleasantly surprised. The view from the condo was also nice! It also looks directly into the resort. It was perfect for our family and we look forward to our return!

Our Escape to Paradise

We did a spur of the moment trip after Christmas. We are so thrilled that we did. We found this amazing community. But this condo was amazing. It has an amazing view of the resort and there is even a gulf view. The condo had everything we needed, pack and play and more! TV's in the bunk room. A very well stocked kitchen. I was able to watch my husband play with our kiddos while I sat out on the balcony. The weather was beautiful. I can't stay enough good things about this place besides that I have already booked our summer vacation!

Loved the location of the condo, close to the splash pad and not too far from the parking garage making grocery runs easier. My biggest complaint was the bed. Squeaks constantly, can’t roll over without waking up the baby. Just old and worn out. New mattress and box springs desperately needed! My husband slept in the

Condo and facility pools were beautiful. A tropical storm came in that made swimming at the beach not possible but we were able to enjoy the pools at the facility. Toddler loved the kiddie pool and older kids loved the lazy river and lily pads pool. We also ate at pizza at the Tiki hut which was really convenient. They had a playpen and high chair we used for the toddler which saved room in the suv when packing for a family of 5. They also had a cart but we brought our own. Parking was super easy in the parking garage. The whole family loved it, we will definitely be back.
