The Space:

Waterscape's A315 is a colorful unit adorned with stylish furnishings and beautiful artwork. The open floor plan of this home allows every room to lead onto a spacious balcony with outdoor seating. The condo's kitchen is well appointed with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to complete and serve meals. The dining area has a large ornate table with bench style seating people. This beautiful home offers a twin bunk area for extra accommodations. The open living room houses a queen sofa bed, TV, and DVD player. There is a half bath located off of the main living area near the bunk room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player. The second bedroom includes a queen bed, private bath with stand up shower and garden tub, TV, and DVD player.



Things to Know

Beach service is included from March to October.





All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

for access to all Waterscape amenities.

Please note:

● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

count toward max occupancy regardless of age

● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

lost or not returned at checkout.

● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

● Wristbands are not required for beach access

We loved our stay at Waterscape A315! We appreciated the updated touches to the room. We enjoyed how beautiful the beach was, the pool areas (which had areas for all age ranges) and the area surrounding us (lots of places to eat and to visit). The room had everything we needed except pool/beach towels, but that’s my bad because I’m sure I missed that somewhere in the description! We will definitely be back to stay in A315!

The pictures don’t make it any justice. Love the space, very roomy it felt like home. Easy access to major points of interest. Love the walk to great food spots, try Fubar pizza it’s amazing. My kids love the pools, so many to choose from. Will definitely come back in the summer!

Spacious condo! Kitchen was well equipped with updated appliances. Everything was great except couch cushions didn’t stay on well and the floor didn’t seem to be very clean when we arrived. Would return to waterscape. Great place for families with kids

Cleaning was terrible

Couch and throw pillows were all stained. Either chocolate or blood but either way it was gross. Floors and bathroom were clean but kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, and furniture was all dirty. For what u have to pay for cleaning I expect things to be wiped down especially in the time of Covid.

Fall Break Vacation

The unit was clean and was as expected, the couch and dining table have been updated from the current pictures, which was a nice surprise. Beds were comfortable enough, too soft for our liking but didn’t cause any discomfort. Easy access to parking garage, elevators, and pool/beach. Don’t have any complaints on the unit itself. However for waterscape, the elevators were extremely slow and sometimes never showed after waiting several minutes so we just used the stairs, our floor smelled fine, but the first floor and the front lobby had an unpleasant odor, not sure how to explain the odor, but since the lobby is likely your visitors first impression doing a little something to freshen the scent would be beneficial in my opinion, and the trash cans outside need to be cleaned more often, they did have an unpleasant smell as well. But fortunately that’s did affect us directly and would not stop us from recommending this resort and we still highly recommend this unit!
