Beach Bungalow is a beautifully decorated OBX vacation home overlooking the 8th hole and fairway of the Nags Head Golf Links. Enjoy three decks, sensational sunsets, and a sound view while soaking in the hot tub. Take advantage of exclusive access to the nearby Village Beach Club with community pool.

Additional amenities include TVs, DVD players, WiFi, porch swing, park grill, and enclosed outside shower. Beach Bungalow is situated in a manicured cul-de-sac close to all major shopping and great restaurants on the Outer Banks.

Guests at Beach Bungalow will have access to the Village Beach Club from Memorial Day thru Labor Day and on weekends during May and September. Amenities include an oceanfront Olympic-sized pool, kiddie pool, lifeguarded beach access, restroom and shower facilities, pickleball court, and a snack bar/cafe with a full-service bar that also serves lunch. Located less than half a mile from Beach Bungalow, the Village Beach Club is a one-stop, everything-you-need destination for a full day of fun in the sun for the entire family.

Please note that while access to seasonal amenities at the Village Beach Club is complimentary, parking at the complex requires a pass ranging between $10 and $25 per day, per vehicle depending on demand and time of year (per Village Beach Club website). To purchase and obtain a parking pass for your stay, or for questions related to Village Beach Club amenities and availability, please contact the Village Beach Club staff at (252) 480-2222.

We loved the house, it was the perfect size for our family. The convenience of the golf, beach club, and beach access as well as not even having to go on the main road for the store and other shops was great. A quick walk out of the backyard provided great sunsets and a great view of the sound from the main deck!

Beautiful home and atmosphere! Even though we weren’t oceanfront the trolly service was great alternative. This was our first ever extended family vacation. The beach bungalow was a great choice and we had a wonderful time!

A wonderful house in the perfect place!

We loved it. The house was perfect! Everything is carefully maintained. We love Nags Head. And, best of all, the house is a 1 minute walk to daily sunsets! By the way, it is close to the beach. It was only a 3 minute walk to the beach club.

We have been coming to the Outer Banks for over 25 years. We have stayed at a wide variety of homes with Village Realty. The Beach Bungalow was perfect for us since we only had four people. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and the home had everything we needed! The golf course and bay view were awesome. Looking forward to visiting again next summer!

We loved Beach Bungalow. This is our 10th visit to OBX and Beach Bungalow is one of the nicest houses we’ve rented. The furnishings and kitchenware were top notch. The house was very clean and well-equipped with anything we needed. This was out first time not staying oceanfront, but we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Highly recommended rental.

This is a very nice cottage..only issue is the strong musty smell downstairs even with the dehumidifiers running..

We are so happy to hear you found Beach Bungalow to be a very nice cottage. Our Maintenance department has confirmed they are going to assess the musty smell you mentioned downstairs and take further action if needed, however this can be can be expected at times here on the Outer Banks resulting from high humidity or rain.
