This is my 2nd stay at this property. Everything you need is here and the location is super close to the State Park, Golf Course and Marina. All the rooms are comfortable and unit is well appointed. This is our go to place if we are fishing at the north end of Dale Hollow Lake. Dave is a great host and goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied.

Everything we needed for cooking was available including spices. This is a wonderful place to stay and the host are the best! The rooms are very comfortable and the main bedroom even has an adjustable bed. It was a peaceful retreat and much needed from our busy lives. My husband and I highly recommend staying here.

Great place, very clean, great host, kitchen stocked with all the basics you need, plus a bit more. Blackstone grill was a bonus. Plenty of parking for our boat/trailer, minutes from Dale Hollow Lake State Park and marina. Beautiful views from back deck. Host provided some awesome homemade chocolate chip cookies. Had 4 adults and never felt crowded. If we come back to Dale Hollow would stay here again.
