Excellent floor plan that was nicely furnished for 11 adults to sleep comfortably. We enjoyed the pool and felt safe within gated community with access to a beach and plenty of bike trails for our daily bike adventures and walking our dogs. The kitchen was nicely equipped and we appreciated the extra kitchenette, gas grill, coffee makers, washing machines and the elevator! I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect for our family. Lots of seating to accommodate a large family, the slide at the pool was a hit with our grands. We wish we were told that the pictures of the fenced in area were old pictures as it was important to have a grass area for our senior golden retrieval but there is no where for a dog to go inside the fence now. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Great place for a family vacation

Everything went well with two minor issues. First, one family arrived in an Rv. We were told that was against the HOA rules so we moved it. The biggest issue was the elevator which we needed for my 92 year old MIL. The elevator first worked intermittently and then not at all. Someone came out to look and said they would call the elevator company. No one arrived. The stairs were very precarious for her and a safety issueFinally the trash cans were totally full when we arrived. That was a problem The place itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay.

We're especially sorry about the elevator situation — we understand how important it was for your 92-year-old mother-in-law, and we regret that the repair wasn't handled promptly. We’ve followed up with the service provider to ensure this doesn’t happen again, as accessibility and guest safety are extremely important to us. We also appreciate you accommodating the HOA’s rules regarding RVs and apologize for the inconvenience. The trash issue should not have occurred, and we’re addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure that bins are emptied before each arrival. Thank you again for your thoughtful feedback.
