The spacious fenced backyard with a private pool and outdoor bar provides a wonderful setting for outdoor gatherings and leisurely days by the pool.
Its convenient location, just a short 3-5 minute walk from Folly Field Beach, ensures easy access to the beautiful coastline for seaside adventures and relaxation. Whether guests prefer lounging poolside or exploring the nearby beach, this is the perfect rental home to experience all that Hilton Head has to offer.

FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. Note: This is per day, not per person. You also receive one free round of miniature golf each day at Adventure Cove and one complimentary bike from Island Cruisers to start your stay. A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.

We had a lovely time at 13 Moonshell Road. The home was the perfect size for our party and we enjoyed the pool bar and recreational facilities (even though it was a little too chilly to swim). Easy walk to the beach and centrally located for our favorite restaurants. All in all, a great stay! We would love to return! Thank you!

Great location, perfect rental home

Would recommend to anyone looking for a great beach rental. The home was clean, beds were comfortable, and the property management company was extremely helpful and easy to contact. The only minor critique was the dart board didn't work and the pool/hot tub were not heated, however these were rather trivial issues...the rental was fantastic.

So close to the beach

House was great. It was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing and it was super close to the beach. The only bad thing I can say was the water pressure when taking showers. It was surprisingly weak. I’d stay here again.

Our visit to 13 Moonshell Road

Beautiful home in wonderful location near beach. Home was very comfortable and well stocked with all we needed. Definitely would recommend it for several out of town family gatherings( as we did). Thank you owners for sharing your beautiful home!! The only issue was someone changed the code for beach access, we were able to enter( people were working on keypad, but when we tried to leave the beach area at the road the code did not work. We had to quietly walk on the big house' s property to leave the area. It was 2-28-24

We stayed in the winter so couldn't swim, but the hot tub can be heated separately so we used that every day. The house is comfortable and has a ton of kitchen cabinet space. Would love to see some better pots and pans, looks like "non stick" and metal spatulas don't work well together. But otherwise it was beautiful!

The beach is easily accessible and the outdoor shower/foot rinse was perfect. The upstairs rooms and recreation area in the basement were very popular with our kids. The pool was not heated so it was difficult for adults to enjoy. All in all, a great home and we will be back!

The pool and the pool side bar was a perfect relaxing spot to enjoy when we weren't out enjoying the many things to do in Hilton Head. We had 6 people in our family attend this annual trip this year (we usually have between 10-12, but with COVID-19, travel wasn't possible for some). The house felt clean and safe over a resort, and we enjoyed how much space we had. We would definitely come again (hopefully next year with the rest of our family as there was PLENTY of room!) Thank you!

They told us the previous guest also complained about the smell. There was mold in the closet that needed to be cleaned. It wasn't a great experience and this home needs some TLC. The Property Management company takes responsibility for nothing and will offer you a free excursion when you are unsatisfied. I took my 2 year old daughter and parents to the beach, I don't need an excursion. I need the home I rent for $4500 to be clean and smell fresh. Is that too much to ask??

Don’t be fooled, No hot tub......and management company no help

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very misleading picture showing a hot tub that is NOT heated. When we contacted the management company they were not helpful at all and just kept saying the listing never called it a hot tub?! There was heat line so it was possible to heat, but management company was no help and just kept saying it was not a hot tub. False advertising here! We picked this place due to its proximity to the beach and also for the hot tub (as pictured!) for adults to use when kids go to bed. Very disappointed and management company was no help and manager never responded or called me back. Also found several roaches, one that crawled up my friend’s leg. We had to make a maintenance call as one of the hot water faucets was broken off. Otherwise the place was spacious, and fairly close to beach. Also this place did not supply any beach chairs which we thought was crazy given this is a beach house, so bring your own if you rent this place! We would not stay here again and would not recommend.

A Nice House for Our Group of Eight!

We enjoyed our stay! The house was nice, comfortable, and generally clean except for under some furniture. Bath mats would be appreciated, as well as pot holders and trash bags in the kitchen. The refrigerator cooled down significantly after being left ajar. The water in the kitchen sink never got hot, just lukewarm. We would certainly consider staying here again!

We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time, the house was a good fit for our family. The walk to the beach through the private pathway was enjoyable and easy. The pool is also a good fit for a family of 12. The only thing that I would add to the house is a bathroom near the pool on the lowest level.

The actual path could use some work but not sure that is your problem. The size of the pool is great and the bar/eating area are perfect. Having two refrigerators was a plus. Wonderful selection of pots and pans and utensils. The clothes dryer could use an update as well as bed in second floor master. A king there and on the first floor should be considered. TV channel selection was sketchy but we were prepared for that from other reviews and plan on buying ice. As I began this review this property was unbelievably clean! There is plenty of room and closet space. We hope to be back! Wonderful property!
