32nd floor Ocean Front 2 bedroom/3 bathroom suite in the Fontainebleau's all luxury Tresor condo tower. Connecting 1 bedroom + Jr suite with 2 King beds, 2 full-size sofa sleepers, full kitchen, living room + 2nd kitchenette and 3 full bathrooms.

Beds: The 2 bedroom suite can comfortably sleep 8 people with 2 king size beds and 2 full size sofa beds. It can sleep up to 9 guests with extra beds rented from the hotel (maximum 3). Each extra single bed is $60/ night each plus tax.

Rate inclusive of resort fees, provides access to all hotel amenities and 2 Lapis Spa access passes for each unit.

Below hotel charges/fees are displayed in the VRBO total, however they are only charged on the premises:

1. Hotel transient rental fee $37.66
2. Hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge:

DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS CHECK OUT CLEANING: $410.40 (no service provided during stay).

Every other day cleaning is available at the cost of $175/cleaning + tax, plus additional mandatory check out cleaning fee of $410.40

Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are charged by the hotel upon departure.

Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.

We do not charge a cleaning fee at the time of booking, but this fee is displayed on VRBO to inform guests of the total cost of reservation . The cleaning fee and transient rental fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and are subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, cleaning fees can't be waived.

Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($100/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 LAPIS Spa access passes ($200 value) for each unit. Limited pool access wristbands are included in the rate: 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $100 per wristband for weekdays and $200 per wristband for the weekends) - the hotel limits wristbands per unit. The only hotel charges not included are rollaway bed costs, wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking. Additional wristbands above those included in the suite: $100 each weekday/$200 each weekend (hotel-imposed limit per unit).

We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.

Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.

HOTEL POLICY: A credit card authorization is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $250 per day per unit. This is an authorization only, released at time of check out. This listing consists of two units.

Great unit, very spacious and incredible view. The Tresor tower elevators are definitely slow as other reviews for Fontainebleau have mentioned but that’s not really anything particular to this unit. Overall a great stay.
